  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the item is in its original condition.

  Receive Refund or Credit

  After our team inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
